Outside of work and uni, Olivia plays an integral role in her local horse community. As well as campaigning her own show horses, Olivia enjoys the chance to help other riders understand their horses better. This is most notable through her substantial involvement in Toronto Pony Club since 2000 by holding positions such as Senior Club Captain, Chief Instructor and Club Treasurer. Olivia has also served as a Cessnock Chamber of Commerce Board Member from 2018 to 2020.
Some of Olivia's professional highlights include being named the 2020 Women in Finance "Office Administrator of the Year", the 2020 Australian Accounting Awards "Accounting Support Staff of the Year" and the 2020 & 2019 30 under 30 Accounting Awards "Wellness Advocate of the Year". Olivia was also recognised in the 2020 & 2019 Women in Finance "Young Leader of the Year" award, the 2019 Australian Accounting Awards "Accounting Support Staff of the Year" and the SMSF and Accounting "Office Manager of the Year" Award for 2018. Olivia was also a nominee in the 2019 Cessnock Customer Service Awards.
Some of her favourite achievements outside of work include winning the AQHA Performance Horse of the Year (NSW) with her horse Hustler SP in 2019 and 2020, being a member of the NSW team for the Australian Youth Dressage Championships, as well as her wins at PHAA and AQHA Nationals, and the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Olivia is also the 2019 Maree Callaghan Young Female Achiever, the 2018 Cessnock Young Citizen of the Year and a recipient of PCANSW's Keith Lowe Award.
In previous years, Olivia was a finalist in 2017 Pony Club Australia Rider of the Year (17 to 25 years) Award, nominee for the 2018 NSW/ACT Young Achiever Awards, as well as being awarded the 2017 Toronto Pony Club President's Award.
